Java Script

JavaScript is an interpreted programming or script language from Netscape. It is somewhat similar in capability to Microsofts Visual Basic, Suns Tcl, the UNIX-derived Perl, and IBMs REXX. In general, script languages are easier and faster to code in than the more structured and compiled languages such as C and C++. Script languages generally take longer to process than compiled languages, but are very useful for shorter programs.
Almost all websites and web application use JS either for manipulating page elements and date or for making asynchronous request to the server. JS is one of the most important emergent technologies and is now one of the most wished technical skills by employers.
